As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at labb, you will play a critical role in driving growth by focusing on net new business (NNB) and acquiring new logos. This position is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Pegasystems, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to our success in the tech sales domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Net New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and acquire new logos.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, leveraging Pega-related events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Teams: Provide strategic support to senior sales professionals, including market research, pipeline building, and account planning.
- Event Participation: Represent labb Ltd at Pega-related events, industry conferences, and professional gatherings, showcasing our expertise and solutions. Candidate MUST have a valid UK passport.
- Technology Mastery: Stay informed about Pega’s platform capabilities and innovations to confidently articulate their value to prospects and partners.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
- Internal Networking: Develop strong connections within labb Ltd and Pega to facilitate collaboration and sales momentum.
What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in tech sales, business development, or a related field is a strong advantage.
