The Social Media Manager owns Lab54's digital presence — taking the content the team creates and turning it into a strategic, consistent and growing social output across TikTok, Instagram and beyond. This is a role for someone who's built their craft in social content and is ready to step into ownership: you'll set the strategy, plan and schedule the output, write the copy, read the data, and work hand-in-hand with our creators and designers to keep Lab54 engaging, relevant and ahead of trends.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
- Own content planning, scheduling and publishing to keep an active, consistent presence
- React quickly to trends, releases and cultural moments
- Content & Copy
- Write compelling copy that fits the brand's tone and voice
- Work with creators and designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand output
- Follow the right approval process for branded client content
