Role Overview
The Production Director is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering all Lab54 events globally. This role blends strategic oversight with on-the-ground execution — you will own the full production lifecycle, from concept through to delivery. Lab54 is a fast-scaling, events-led media brand operating at the intersection of music, culture, and social. With global growth, festival stages, and brand partnerships already established, this role requires someone who can bring structure, consistency, and high production standards to a high-output environment. You will lead the production function end-to-end: sourcing locations, managing talent bookings, overseeing technical delivery, and ensuring every event meets both creative and commercial objectives. This is not a purely managerial role — you’ll be in the detail, solving problems in real time and ensuring nothing slips.
