We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure, lead a small team of 10 staff members, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily restaurant operations
  • Leading and supervising staff
  • Organising shifts and staff schedules
  • Handling customer service and resolving complaints
  • Opening and closing the restaurant
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Managing stock and cash handling
  • Training and motivating team members

Qualifications:
