La Vie en Rose is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support clients across Tewkesbury.

Essential Experience Required In:

  • Diabetes care
  • Dementia
  • Autism support
  • Epilepsy

Shifts Available: Night shifts

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must have a full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in complex care sector
  • Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • Have compassion, empathy, and patience
  • Are trustworthy, honest, and respectful
  • Demonstrate understanding of person-centred care
  • Treat others with dignity and respect
  • Help vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
  • Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
  • Administering medication and feeding via a peg
  • Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing
  • Maintaining and updating reports
  • Daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping
  • Supporting with social interaction
  • Support to other team members in emergency situations
  • Available to use Digital Social Care Record (DSCR)
