La Vie en Rose is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support clients across Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester and Cirencester.
Essential Experience Required In:
- PEG feeding
- Airway management
- Diabetes care
- Autism support
- Epilepsy

- Night shifts

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in complex care sector (Learning Disabilities, Peg, Epilepsy)
- Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Have compassion, empathy and patience
- Trustworthy, honest and respectful, demonstrating understanding of self-centred care
- Treat others with dignity and respect
- Help vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
- Assist patients with grooming and personal hygiene
- Administer medication and feed via a PEG
- Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing
- Maintain and update reports
- Complete daily tasks such as light housekeeping
- Support social interaction
- Support other team members in emergency situations
- Available to use Digital Social Care Record (DSCR)
