Our aim is to help people maintain and retain their independence and dignity.

We are looking to recruit full-time/part-time caring individuals to join our team in the Gloucestershire (Tewkesbury and Cheltenham area). We’re seeking to recruit great new people with the right values who are effective communicators, passionate about work, and have a positive attitude to work in our domiciliary care service.

If you don’t have experience, don’t worry; we’ll give you full training and senior carers will look after you while you do shadowing shifts to become an amazing Care Assistant to support individuals to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preferred but not essential
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • Have compassion, empathy, and patience
  • Are trustworthy, honest, and respectful
  • Demonstrate understanding of self‑centred care
  • Treat others with dignity and respect
  • Help vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
  • Assist patients with grooming and personal hygiene
  • Prepare meals and provide emotional support
  • Oversee medication and provide medical support (Full training will be provided)
  • Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing
  • Keep daily notes
  • Perform daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping
  • Support with social interaction
  • Support to other team members in emergency situations

Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
