La Vie en Rose is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support clients across Tewkesbury

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must have full driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in complex care sector Learning Disabilities , Epilepsy.
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
  • Have compassion, empathy and patience
  • Are trustworthy, honest and respectful Demonstrate understanding of self-centred care
  • Treats others with dignity and respect
  • Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
  • Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
  • Administering medication and feed via a peg
  • Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing
  • Maintaining and updating reports
  • Daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping,
  • Supporting with social interaction
  • Support to other team members in emergency situations
  • available to use Digital Social Care Record (DSCR)
