We are looking for a friendly and passionate Line Chef at our established family owned restaurant in Swanage. La Trattoria is a well established and very popular family owned Italian Restaurant in Swanage, Dorset.
The Line Chef will be assisting the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen for dinner services. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation at all times and working closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver an impeccable service and make our guests’ experience memorable.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience within a busy restaurant setting, display a real passion for food and ingredients and be compliant in food hygiene and allergy control. This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly team and earn additional income from other benefits.
