Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid Business Development Executive role based in Bournemouth, with the flexibility to work partly from home.

The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with local businesses, conduct lead generation activities, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include engaging prospects via calls, emails, and in‑person meetings, presenting LA Trading’s digital taxi advertising solutions, and negotiating commercial terms.

The role also involves maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to support campaign delivery and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business principles and commercial awareness, including identifying market opportunities and competitive positioning.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting and negotiating with clients.
