Our roots were in traditional mail order fashion but we are now at the forefront of digital retailing. We are looking for people to join our team who are real team players, relentless in delivery, customer obsessed and have a passion for what they do. The Social Media Manager will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be at the forefront of social media platforms and trends. You will report directly to the UK Marketing Director and work closely with the wider UK marketing team and global functions to help deliver the marketing strategy and support full funnel campaign activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning and developing the UK social content calendar, aligning with global campaigns, product launches and trending/seasonal UK moments.
- Manage the social schedule, along with posting, and reporting across platforms both on feed and stories.
- Creating local UK content to adapt to UK specific market trends and needs for both IG and TikTok.
- Owning the reporting of platform and content performance including key engagement metrics.
- Collaborating with the global social team to align content and themes with the global campaign calendar.
- Working closely with the PR & influencer manager to develop and manage the UK influencer programme.
- Creating and capturing content specifically designed for social paid ads.
- Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
- Craft copy that reflects the brand’s tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
- Attending and contributing to UK brand events and activations to capture social content.
- 2/3+ years of experience in social media management & content creation.
- Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
- Very good knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms, including backend reporting.
- Experience working in house for a retail, fashion or beauty role.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Capcut, Canva and Final Cut Pro would be a plus.
- Creative ideation experience across all social channels.
- Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
- Experience in a fast-paced, trend driven environment.
- Highly organised with a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail.
- A great communicator with the confidence to lead, ideate, execute content solo.
