You will lead a team of two Beauty Consultants and manage our counter at Selfridges Exchange, driving weekly business plans and retail performance to meet targets.

You will build relationships with existing clients and recruit new ones, delivering exceptional client service and brand experiences that reflect La Prairie's ethos of science, art and timeless beauty.
