Are you interested in working for two luxury skincare brands — one known for its pioneering cellular anti‑aging therapies, and the other recognised globally for its innovative use of botanicals and philanthropy‑led conservation work supporting environmental and wildlife groups worldwide? If so, the La Prairie and Chantecaille counters in Harvey Nichols, Manchester may be of interest to you. As our Multi‑Brand Account Manager, you will play a key role in representing both houses, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving outstanding performance across our Manchester counters.
You will implement effective weekly business plans and work towards maximising retail performance targets. You will be accountable for the sales and performance of both accounts, with the opportunity to work with our incredible existing clients whilst recruiting new customers to the brands.
Main Responsibilities- Achieve targets and business plans effectively, including creating outreach opportunities and partnering with your host store to offer the ultimate luxury experience for La Prairie and Chantecaille clients.
- Traffic stop daily in store to recruit prospective clients to your business.
- Invite every customer to sit down and have a consultation, listening and identifying the customer’s needs.
- Proactively organise external events to generate sales and recruit new clients to your counters.
- Ensure the counters are represented to exemplary standards and communicate effectively with all relevant departments.
- Exceptional service mindset – you take pleasure and satisfaction in providing an outstanding service to your clients.
- Strong retail experience.
