Join La Prairie and lead the growth of laprairie.com across seven European markets. As the EMEA E Commerce Manager, you will own the commercial performance of the regional DTC business and ensure a seamless luxury client experience. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on operational ownership across campaigns, CRM, content, customer service and e-boutique operations.

How You Will Create a Beautiful Impact

  • Commercial Strategy & Performance Management
    • Drive regional online performance by optimizing traffic, conversion, AOV and retention.
    • Monitor KPIs and transform insights into actionable recommendations for sales acceleration.
    • Challenge media investments and partner with Global Paid Media to enhance ROI and funnel efficiency.
    • Work with Global E Commerce teams to define regionally relevant activations and priorities.
  • Regional Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as the key EMEA e-commerce lead, representing market needs and performance realities.
    • Partner closely with CRM, Media, Supply Chain, Creative, Customer Service and Finance.
    • Support seven markets in execution excellence and alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Market Execution, CRM & Paid Media
    • Oversee flawless execution of campaigns, launches and content updates, including translation coordination, QA checks and approvals.
    • Manage operational CRM workflows: newsletter planning, testing, multi-language accuracy and QA.
    • Collaborate with Global Paid Media and agencies to activate full funnel strategies driving qualified traffic and sales.
  • Operations, Customer Journey & Innovation
    • Manage stock availability and planning with Supply Chain to ensure commercial continuity.
    • Oversee daily e-boutique operations: content accuracy, pricing checks, ticketing follow up, QA testing and issue resolution.
    • Lead Customer Service partners for escalations, 1:1 outreach coordination and quality delivery.
    • Conduct system and journey checks, identify issues across OMS / CMS / SAP / payments, raise tickets and validate fixes.
    • Maximize current online services and support the rollout of upcoming innovations (e.g., live masterclasses).

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent

  • Data-driven, results-oriented e-commerce leader with strong analytical skills and a passion for luxury digital retail.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital performance roles, ideally within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams within international environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid media (paid social & paid search), traffic acquisition, and performance management of media agencies.
  • Proficient in Shopify and Google Analytics, with the ability to balance both strategic and operational responsibilities.
  • Responsible for managing the media agency to drive scaled performance.
  • Oversee a customer service team based in Poland, ensuring service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the agency supporting Beauty Advisors to deliver a seamless and premium end-to-end customer experience.
