Are you an Arabic speaker who has a passion for luxury skincare? As a full-time Beauty Consultant working at the La Prairie counter at Harrods, you will be our brand Ambassador. Ensuring a delightful and exceptional personalised skincare luxury service, you will build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with our discerning clients while creating carefully curated experiences through consultations and events.
Main Accountabilities:
- Achieve the sales objectives based on retention and recruitment of clients, especially High Net Worth Individuals and existing VIPs.
- Guarantee meaningful business relationships across the store, especially with Personal Shoppers, concierges, etc.
- Ensure retail excellence is performed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards at the point of sale.
- Create a deep connection with the client to understand their needs, build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Pro-actively introduce and recommend relevant products, ensuring a personalised 1:1 luxury and professional service at all times.
- Maintain the relationship through engaging the Client through La Prairie Clienteling tools and systems.
- Be knowledgeable on all products, ensuring the heritage, skin science and benefits are always conveyed in a relevant way to the client.
