We are looking for a Team Leader for La Prairie, Selfridges, London. In this role, you will act as a true brand ambassador, leading by example to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while supporting and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining the highest service standards, and ensuring the counter reflects the prestige and excellence of the La Prairie brand.
The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Service excellence: Leading by example in all aspects of the La Prairie service by ensuring all personal sales goals are met consistently.
- In the absence of the Business Manager support the business with planning and ensuring there is fluid communication and follow up across the team.
- In the beauty room skilfully marrying the Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI's. Supporting other therapists to execute as effectively.
- Working with Initiative, seeing opportunities and acting on them.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of EPOS System for customer records.
- Ensure full contribution of all events held both internally and externally promoting best in class with a strong return. Ability to follow through energetically with events and achieve goals.
- Rapport and Communication: Complete all administration required accurately and on time. Ability to be approachable and build relationships with others. Demonstrates ability to listen and communicate both verbally and written. Be informed about current and new business initiatives and to provide feedback to your Business Manager. Possesses persuasion and negotiation skills.
- CRM: Act as the Aurora CRM lead within the team, ensuring CRM campaigns and priorities are clearly cascaded to Beauty Advisors. Support and coach the team in the effective day-to-day use of Aurora to build client relationships and drive repeat business. Share CRM best practice and encourage consistent, accurate client data capture and follow-up. Monitor CRM engagement within the team and provide guidance to improve adoption and performance. Use Aurora insights to support clienteling, event planning, and targeted customer outreach.
- Visual Merchandising: Present the counter in a well maintained to brand expectation standard. Ensure the beauty room is also to a luxury standard while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines. Make certain the counter is fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence.
Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential).
