Key Responsibilities
- Service Excellence: Lead by example, ensuring personal sales goals are met consistently; support the business in planning and communications; marry the Art of Beauty with selling skills in the beauty room; act on opportunities; ensure EPOS system accuracy and compliance; contribute to events to promote best‑in‑class experiences.
- Rapport and Communication: Complete administration accurately and on time; build approachable relationships; demonstrate effective verbal and written communication; stay informed about new initiatives and provide feedback; possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
- CRM: Act as Aurora CRM lead, cascading campaigns and priorities; coach team on effective use of Aurora for client relationships and repeat business; share best practices; monitor engagement and improve adoption; use insights for clienteling and event planning.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the counter to brand expectations; collaborate with the visual merchandising team to meet guidelines; ensure the beauty room meets luxury standards; keep the counter fully stocked with products stored by category and shade sequence.
Required Skills and Experience
- NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential)
- Experience providing high quality skincare treatments to clients
- Client‑focused and dedicated to a luxury experience
- Polished, approachable, and friendly communication skills
- Dedicated to achieving / exceeding KPI's, able to work collaboratively as part of a small team
