Position Overview:
We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and motivated Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, from warm greetings to knowledgeable menu recommendations and attentive service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu guidance and suggestions
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for Italian cuisine and culture and knowledge of Italian language is a plus
