The Role: As our Shop Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the business, ensuring the front-of-house runs flawlessly while driving sales and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, including setting rotas and monitoring performance.
- Operations & Profitability: Manage budgets, stock control, and daily reports (cashing up, margin calculations).
- Quality & Display: Ensure our fresh fish and delicatessen counters look immaculate, implementing flawless stock rotation and attractive displays.
- Knife Skills & Prep: Possess advanced fish preparation skills (gutting, scaling, filleting) to assist and oversee staff during peak hours.
