La Petite Maison (LPM) is renowned for its authentic French‑Riviera inspired cuisine, blending fresh ingredients with a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance. In our London venue we are looking for a Head Sommelier who understands the magic of hospitality – someone who can share stories, elevate experiences, and lead a team with passion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a wine list that sparks curiosity and complements our Mediterranean identity
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of sommeliers
• Welcome guests with knowledge, authenticity, and impeccable service
• Maintain an organized cellar, manage suppliers, and oversee costs
• Create memorable tastings, pairings, and guest engagement moments

Qualifications

• A wine professional with an exceptional palate and strong leadership skills
• Confident, charming, and genuinely guest-focused
• A strategic thinker with commercial awareness
• Knowledgeable about global wines, especially French and Mediterranean producers
• WSET Diploma or similar background welcomed

Base pay range: AED 50,000.00 /yr – AED 55,000.00 /yr
