Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a desire to contribute to a vibrant kitchen environment.
As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff with meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining an organised workspace. Duties
- Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Help in the cooking process by following instructions from senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to during meal preparation and storage.
- Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
