# JOIN LA PETITE BRETAGNE – FULL-TIME HEAD WAITER / HEAD WAITRESS.
At La Petite Bretagne, we don’t just serve food and drinks—we create memorable experiences.
From our authentic Breton galettes to our signature sweet crêpes, every guest should leave feeling they’ve discovered something special.
We’re looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Head Waitress to take ownership of our front of house.
This isn’t a standard waiting role.
It’s a position for someone who enjoys responsibility and takes pride in running a restaurant floor with confidence.
Our restaurant has just 27 seats, which means you’ll often be the only person looking after the entire front of house.
You’ll be trusted to manage every aspect of the guest experience independently while working closely with the kitchen.

YOUR ROLE.
You will be responsible for the complete operation of the restaurant floor, including:.
- Greeting and seating every guest..
- Taking food and drink orders..
- Preparing all coffees and hot drinks (essential)..
- Serving food and drinks with confidence and personality..
- Clearing, resetting and polishing tables throughout service..
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation..
- Managing the pace of service from opening until closing..
- Creating an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure..
This is a self-managed position. You’ll have the autonomy to run the front of house your way while maintaining the high standards that define La Petite Bretagne..
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR.
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar senior front-of-house role..
- Excellent coffee-making skills (applications without barista experience will not be considered)..
- Experience working in busy restaurants..
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills..
- Someone who enjoys working independently and taking ownership..
- Calm under pressure with outstanding attention to detail..
- A warm, confident personality that makes every guest feel welcome..
