Working within the Business Contracts team, the Customer Data Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to data reporting, statistics and communication. The role will involve analysing customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive efficiencies in the supply chain. The Customer Data Analyst will work jointly with cross-functional teams and will be responsible for processing data in collaboration with clients in order to update customer and drop point stock. This is a full-time role located in Studley with the option to work 2 days from home. This role would ideally suit someone from an administration background or someone looking to gain experience within the data/technical function in a logistics/customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers of LPR UK
- Provide support to customers to identify solutions (generate reports / retrieve information from ERP / CRM systems)
- Work closely with all interfaces between customers and internal stakeholders
- Receive customer queries, perceive information and support customers through email & phone
- Maintain data in CRM system
- Manage own workload and meet team objectives
- Run ERP reports and analyse results
