La Nouvelle Garde is excited to announce the opening of its new French Brasserie, Brasserie Olivia, in Chelsea. We are seeking a high-energy Sous-Chef who will play a critical role in leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in fine dining, a strong sense of hospitality, and effective leadership skills.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from £37,000 to £45,000, along with 28 days of holiday and a variety of employee benefits such as discounts at all our brasseries.
