La Nouvelle Garde is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to lead every service in our London kitchen. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support day-to-day operations, ensuring dishes leave the pass to the highest standard.
You will lead a team during service, uphold food safety and quality standards, and coach junior chefs, while contributing to a growing kitchen and future openings.
