La Nouvelle Garde in London is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to own the pastry section at Brasserie Olivia. You’ll work with the Head Chef and our Executive Pastry Chef in France to uphold high standards across the brand.
You’ll lead hands-on pastry production, organise the section, manage ordering and par levels, and ensure everything is prepared from scratch with impeccable taste and presentation.
