The Role
As a Floor Manager – you are the guardian of how we serve. You own service quality on the floor, lead training, coach performance and ensure every guest receives confident, generous and consistent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the front door experience and manage reservations, seating plans and table turns.
- Manage the day‑to‑day handling of reservations, including emails and phone requests.
- Build relationships with regulars and VIP guests.
- Manage special requests and personalised experiences from first contact to follow‑up.
- Monitor key performance indicators (margins, bar cost, Google rating, etc.)
- Build and maintain our guest database.
- Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Recruit, onboard, train and manage the host team.
