La Nouvelle Garde in London’s Chelsea is opening a new Brasserie Olivia and seeks a proactive Floor Manager to uphold our vibrant, people-led hospitality on the floor and in the kitchen. You will train, coach and supervise front-of-house teams, step in during peak service, and ensure guests receive confident, generous, and consistent service.
