We’re looking for high-energy talent to join the family! What We're Offering:

  • Average hourly salary: £14-£15/hour (inclusive of Tronc)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation & Quality: Support dessert preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency while learning new recipes and pastry techniques. Plating desserts to order (à la minute) during service.
  • Operational Excellence & Safety: Complete prep tasks accurately and on time while managing stock rotation, correct labeling, and equipment safety in full compliance with food hygiene and HACCP standards.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with senior chefs and section leaders, showing curiosity and a strong work ethic during service, training sessions, and kitchen briefings.

  • Several experiences in busy, fast-paced restaurants, capable of handling the pressure of the "rush".
  • A deep sense of service and a passion for making guests feel truly cared for and valued.
  • A calm, professional presence with strong organisational skills.
