What We're Offering:
- Average hourly salary: £14-£15/hour (inclusive of Tronc)

Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Quality: Support food preparation across all sections, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency while learning new recipes and kitchen techniques.
- Operational Excellence & Safety: Complete prep tasks accurately and on time while managing stock rotation, correct labeling, and equipment safety in full compliance with food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with senior chefs and section leaders, showing curiosity and a strong work ethic during service, training sessions, and kitchen briefings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Several experiences in busy, fast-paced restaurants, capable of handling the pressure of the "rush".
- A deep sense of service and a passion for making guests feel truly cared for and valued.
- A calm, professional presence with strong organisational skills.
