We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Servers to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness, and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working as part of our team, in a busy fast-paced environment.
- Responsibility for the quality and consistency of customer service and food standards.
- Customer and staff welfare.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serving food, desserts, and drinks to customers.
- Clearing tables.
- Ensuring eating areas are clean, sanitised, and tidy for our customers.
- Directing complaints to the manager.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
About The Role:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage Service.
- To adhere to the companyβs health and safety policies.
- To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner.
- To serve and deliver drinks to customers.
- Excellent customer service.
- To serve food in an efficient manner to the customer.
- To operate a cash float according to procedures.
- To replenish stock as required.
- To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained.
- To promote and sell the hotel and its products in a friendly and helpful manner.
- To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
- To attend training courses as necessary.
- To ensure effective communication to management and peers.
- To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers, and any other persons on the premises.
- Report and take action on any incident, fire, loss, or damage.
- To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action.
- Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions and general hotel use.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
