We need a Breakfast Server to greet and seat customers and residents of the hotel. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health and safety, cleanliness, and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole. Candidate needs to be available mid-week and weekends.
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities Include:- Meeting and greeting the guests
- Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet
- Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service
- Interacting with guests by taking orders, responding to any questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area upon their departure
- Ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so that they can leave the dining area by the end of the meal service
- Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant during the meal service, including sanitising surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.
