Are you passionate about child development and providing children with inspirational experiences and memories to ensure they are ‘life ready’? At La Maternelle Family Childcare, we are keen to employ the ‘right person’. The right person can be qualified or unqualified, experienced or inexperienced. Personality, enthusiasm and ambition are the most important qualities within our practitioners.

The role is 9.30am – 2.30pm, five days per week Monday - Friday, therefore no weekend work. We have great facilities such as a cosy and well-equipped staff room which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, staff wellbeing resources (colouring books, fidget toys, zen garden, salt lamp) and added extras throughout the year to enjoy before or after work.

All new recruits will have access to our comprehensive internal training program. We place a lot of time and emphasis on staff training and consistently support practitioners to further develop their knowledge and understanding. Once staff have completed our personalised, thorough induction process, all practitioners are encouraged to complete a Level 3 Qualification alongside working and earning a full-time wage. We are enthusiastic about progression - all practitioners are hired with the belief that they will grow within their role and develop into Senior positions within the Nursery. We are passionate about ensuring all practitioners have the opportunity and support to reach their full potential.
