The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across the kitchen. You will play a key supporting role in leading sections of the brigade, overseeing day-to-day operations, and assisting with menu execution, inventory management, and maintaining cost controls.
