***SC - Security Cleared*** Azure, Intune & EUC Support Engineer 6 Month contract initially + Extensions Based: Hybrid working - 3 days p/w onsite in Wokingham Rate - £300 - £350 p/d via Umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management.
• Configure and maintain: Compliance Policies , Configuration Profiles.
• Endpoint Security Policies, Application Deployment & Device Restrictions
• Administer Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Manage device enrollment and provisioning processes.
• Monitor device compliance and remediate endpoint issues.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Windows desktop and laptop environments.
• Windows 11 operating systems
• Device performance issues
• Driver and hardware-related problems
• VPN and remote access connectivity
• Endpoint security-related incidents
• Support desktop imaging, device builds, refreshes, and migrations.
• Manage endpoint patching and software deployment activities.
• Identity & Access Management
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration.
• User and group administration
• Device registration
• Conditional Access policies
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues.
• Implement endpoint security best practices.
• Administer BitLocker encryption policies.
• Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration and remediation.
• Assist with vulnerability management and patch compliance.
• Support security audits and compliance activities.
