We have a great opportunity for a Business Analyst on a long term program of work.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the NTB Product Manager with a strong focus on the digital onboarding of energy customers, including direct, partner, and PCW sales channels.
- Act as a bridge between Product and Technology, supporting the Product Manager and squad through the optimisation lifecycle with a particular focus on technical feasibility, dependency management, and cross-squad coordination and alignment.
- Contribute to the optimisation and continuous improvement of digital customer journeys, ensuring effective conversion rate optimisation and enhanced customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Provide clear and confident communication to stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts and ensuring shared understanding across teams.
- Strong understanding of industry processes for Energy Suppliers, particularly around Change of Supply (CoS), Partner/PCW acquisitions and retention, and Home Move journeys.
- Proven experience working in agile delivery teams within digital or ecommerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital customer journeys and best practices for conversion rate optimisation.
- A data-driven mindset, with excellent prioritisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including product, design, and technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ideally 8+ years of experience in domain and as a business analyst.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Previous experience as a Digital Product Manager or Business Analyst in a digital-first or ecommerce-led organisation.
- Experience working within the energy or utilities sector.
- Exposure to partner-led digital channels, including PCWs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance optimisation tools.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple squads or teams in a scaled agile environment.
