The Role
Designed and facilitated engaging in-person and virtual training sessions as part of the global Information Cyber Security (ICS) training program, tailored to diverse employee groups across office and manufacturing environments.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of engaging in-person and virtual training sessions as part of the information cyber security training program.
- Create personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.
- Support the production of phishing exercise metrics.
- Assist in the annual creation and delivery of e-learning training materials for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.
- Design and develop the ICS SharePoint site for improved user experience.
- Support the annual Behavioral Awareness programs (Cyber Week).
- Develop video training content and employee guidance materials.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- ILM Professional Trainer Techniques
- Proficiency in Visio and Lucidchart
- Experience with Jira
- SharePoint administration skills
- Graphic design skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder
- Experience delivering training through Agile processes
- Experience in creating training content
- Experience leading IT or cybersecurity projects
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Experience with data & reporting tools such as Power BI & Tableau
