Key Responsibilities Define and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategy and roadmap Design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing Lead automation for end-to-end testing across BY WMS and integrated systems Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing Select and standardize automation tools, technologies, and best practices Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to enable shift-left testing Ensure high test coverage and reusability of automation assets Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers Oversee defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking Drive test data management and environment strategy for automation Monitor and report automation metrics, ROI, and quality improvements.
