A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA) on a long term program of work.
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Business Analyst (LBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, and Pega solution design to deliver high-quality digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities for Pega transformation projects.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Pega development teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
- Conduct requirements validation, UAT support, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior Business Analysts and provide functional leadership.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Ideally 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 5 years working on Pega platforms.
- Strong understanding of Pega BPM, Case Management, and Digital Process Automation.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or relevant Pega certification.
- Experience in Public Sector, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
