Permanent – Full Time Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join our office-based team. This role requires a confident and professional approach to telephony, alongside strong general office and administrative skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication across the organisation.

Description

We are looking for a proactive & flexible individual with good interpersonal-based skills to join our team. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reception & Call Management
  • Taking and directing calls with a professional approach & telephone manner.
  • Representing the business with a positive & professional attitude
  • Administration based duties
    • Supporting the sales recruitment team with the production of CVs to a very high standard (key is accuracy & speed) using MS Word-based templates (around 100 templates), this is to be completed swiftly and efficiently.
    • Creation of letters and reports using MS Office programmes
    • Collating and preparing reports via Survey Monkey
    • Creating and sending documents via Docusign
    • Stationery Management
    • Data input support parsing of CVs using our in-house parsing tool / Daxtra
    • Reception cover: which will include greeting visitors, diary management, dealing with deliveries, vehicle management etc.
    • General office duties such as filing, scanning, processing incoming/outgoing mail etc.
    • Preparation of business communications using Canva

    Minimum Requirements

    • At least one year experience of working in a reception/office environment
    • A typing or Word Processing qualification / NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
    • Experience of MS Office – in particular Word and Excel
    • Professional approach
    • Discretion in the handling of confidential information
    • Excellent telephone / communication skills
