Solution Architect - Red Hat Openshift

As a Solution Architect specializing in Red Hat OpenShift, you will design, implement, and optimize containerized solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their cloud‑native journey, ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment.

Responsibilities

• Architect containerized applications using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Define end‑to‑end architecture for hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Collaborate with client teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Lead deployment and configuration of OpenShift clusters.
• Provide guidance on CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation.
• Mentor teams on containerization best practices.

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Proficiency in container orchestration, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Tekton), automation tools (Ansible, Terraform
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and security best practices.
• Preferred: Red Hat Certified OpenShift Architect, RHCE.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and lead cross‑functional teams.

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

• Preferred: Red Hat Certified OpenShift Architect, RHCE.
• 10+ Years experience in IT architecture, minimum 4+ years in OpenShift/Kubernetes.
