We are seeking an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect to support project delivery with functional scoping and devise Information System (IS) level architecture solutions that prioritise consistency, adaptability, and sustainability, while ensuring compliance with set architecture governance framework and its processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Over 5+ years in an IT Architecture role, preferably within Financial Services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Effective requirements elicitation and presentation skills
- Ability to operate across multiple engagements concurrently and assume architectural responsibility
- Previous experience developing .Net applications
- Experience architecting Microsoft .NET applications
- Experience with SQL Server, Kubernetes, Postgres, NoSQL
- Knowledge of TOGAF and ITIL
- Experience of working with commercial off the shelf and bespoke solutions
- Methodical, organised and results‑driven communicator with great attention to detail
- Adaptability and ability to collaborate with diverse teams in different environments and stakeholders at all levels
Desirable Skills and Experience
- TOGAF Practitioner certification
- ITIL certification
- Experience with architecture tools such as Orbus iServer and MS Visio
- Domain Driven Design, Modelling – Relationships, topologies, Sequence Diagrams, UML, ArchiMate etc.
- Understanding of Automation, testing and development pipelines
- Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD
Key Role Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve existing and future IS (Information System) architecture based on set architecture principles and consistent with company frameworks
- Design .NET and data solutions, with security and production infrastructure stakeholders, supporting the business requirements and aligned with BNPP PF strategy
- Collaborate with other project team members in the functional scope definition of projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the definition of technical roadmaps for IT solutions
- Support project managers for project build plan creation and cost estimation
- Assess solutions and creation of technology or application roadmaps
- Support delivery of the Enterprise Architecture capability
- Engage with global teams to manage projects through the appropriate governance process including where applicable submitting PSDs, presenting at COLEC, ITVC, PANO, local IC, etc.
- Provide support and assist the project team: help prepare architecture briefs, ensuring consistency with the established framework
- Engage in Research and Design to evaluate and propose technologies to complement business strategy and IT roadmap
