ServiceNow Lead
We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead who can start in the next few weeks. You will lead the design and delivery of an Intelligent Field & Autonomous Service Operations programme. The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and Field Service Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex event-driven automation and field operations solutions.
Experience required:
- 10+ years of Service Management and Enterprise Platform experience.
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Architect.
- Proven delivery experience in:
- ServiceNow ITOM
- Event Management
- Event-to-Incident Automation
- ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management)
- Dynamic Scheduling
- ITSM Processes
The role is for 6 months initially inside IR35 and requires two days in Central London each week.
