The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
An experienced Business Analyst is required on a ServiceNow programme. Engaging with key stakeholders to work through requirements and demonstrate capabilities of ServiceNow using an Agile approach. Working with the customer to workshop requirements and translate into work packages.
Responsibilities:
- Development of stories
- Stakeholder engagement
- Process analysis and improvement
- Identify and validate scope/requirements
- Work with Product owners and team members on the overall design
Skills required:
- Understanding of ITOM
- ServiceNow Administrator certification
This will be on a 6 month contract (inside IR35) and based remotely. To be considered please send over your latest CV.
