Role: Service Transition Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the final phase of service transition.
- Knowledge / experience of service monitoring, service catalogue, and service provisioning.
- ITIL qualified is an advantage but knowledge is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Resilient.
- Experience and/or knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Ability to lead a small team and a broader matrix of internal functions.
Rate: Inside IR35
Location: Likely to be 3 days a week onsite in London or Southampton
Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: Must be eligible for SC clearance
