Role: Scrum Master Rate: Β£390 inside IR35 Location: Knutsford, Cheshire or Northampton (either site, 2 days onsite) Duration: 6-12 months Job Description: Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). Act as a servant-leader to the scrum team, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to. Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals with business objectives. Promote transparency and accountability within the team and towards leadership. Skills Required: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Experience in regulated environments, ideally in banking or financial services. Jira/Confluence proficiency. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills. Certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (preferred). Banking or regulatory compliance experience is an added advantage.
