Support the production and maintenance of training delivery schedules;

Deliver training courses;

Capture Internal Validation (InVal) data from training courses;

Enabling Objectives (EOs) and Key Learning Points (KLPs);

Assessment Strategy (AStrat) and Assessment Specifications (ASpecs);

Learning Scalar and Learning Specifications (LSpecs).

Strong knowledge of JSP822: DSAT, Part 2;

Highly experienced DSAT TNA and course design practitioner;

Proficient Instructor, with experience of delivering pilot courses, trials training and uplift / conversion training

A good understanding of DSAT InVal process;

Proficient in the use of MS office applications e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
-
Proficient in the use of e-learning authoring tools e.g. Captivate, Articulate, or similar products
-
Experience of conducting quality assurance reviews of courseware and training systems.
