We are seeking a Regional Deployment Lead to drive the successful delivery of projects, system implementations, and transformation initiatives across the region.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating deployments, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring business readiness while maintaining operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation activities for regional projects and transformation programmes.
  • Develop and manage deployment plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Engage with business leaders, operations teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where required.
  • Support change management, communications, training, and business readiness activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to leadership teams.
  • Track deployment success metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale deployments, implementations, or transformation projects.
  • Strong project or programme management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and governance processes. Knowledge of change management and business readiness activities.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and locations in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within operations, logistics, supply chain, retail, or multi-site environments.
  • Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or Agile certifications.
