Role Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Experience operating within SIAM/OI environments and working with ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB management.
- Proven experience supporting Service Transition, conducting Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments and supporting Early Life Support (ELS) activities.
- Ability to develop and govern Test Strategies, Test Plans and support Verification & Validation (V&V) activities across cross-functional teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops, leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), managing stakeholders and supporting governance forums and boards.
- Strong supplier, stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to drive delivery and readiness outcomes across multiple teams.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working model. Travel to client sites will be required on an as-needed basis. The resource should be flexible and capable of supporting additional workstreams (OAT / XP etc) as the programme evolves and grows.
