We have a new requirement for a 3rd Line Citrix Engineer to work for a client of ours based in Preston.
All work will be completed on-site and active SC is required.
This contract role has been determined as falling Inside IR35.
Skills required
- Proven experience within a Third Line Support role
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Net Scaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models.
- Operations - VMWare, Hyper V, Xen Server, Invanti
- Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt).
- Analytics, specifically Systrack / Nexthink (Non Essential - training provided).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including, Windows 10 & Win11
